Rental Policies
Tent Rentals
Payment of a non-refundable 1/3 deposit is required when booking a tent.
All Rentals
Customer has the right to cancel their order within 48 hours of their delivery date. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the total order if it is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. If we have already made the delivery or the delivery is cancelled on arrival, we reserve the right to charge the order in full.
Please make note of the following terms and conditions:
- All deliveries and pick ups are made to ground floors or will be brought up in an elevator. Any flights of stairs are subject to additional labor fees and will be billed to your credit card at the time the labor is incurred. If you are paying by company check, an additional check will be required at the time the labor is incurred.
- All tables and chairs must be folded and stacked (or bagged) for pick up, unless other wise agreed. If the merchandise is not ready at the time of pick up you will be assessed fees as follows:
Plastic Chairs: $1.00 each
Padded Chairs: $2.00 each
Tables: $2.00 eachThese fees will be payable at the of occurrence. - All Deliveries & Pick Ups are made between 9 AM & 5 PM With No Time Restrictions. Any Additional Attempts To Make A Pick Up Or Delivery Will Result In a $25.00 Charge.
- Customer agrees to pay for any missing or damaged merchandise. Rental insurance is available. This will protect you from merchandise that is returned damaged. You are still responsible for anything missing on pick up. Please contact your representative for further details.
- We CAN accommodate special requests for weekend, off hour stops or specific time requests – AT AN EXTRA CHARGE.
- Customer assumes all cost and risks associated with weather conditions and other acts of God.
